Bain-Marie STEAM
Dry-heated bain-marie for 100mm deep gastronorm containers with adjustable steam release. To operate, an onsite glass cover is required, which must only be open on the serving side. For longer holding times, it is necessary to have the glass cover closed. Above the unit, a radiant heater (500W per GN) is required at a distance of approximately 300mm, which can be directly connected to the control unit. The warming plate, the onsite radiant heater, and the steam generator can be adjusted in 6 levels each.
